Christian School Services Group (CSSG) was founded in 1972, with the purpose of helping Christian schools not just survive, but thrive.  Our purpose has never changed. However the name has changed. In the beginning, during the first forty-four years when Wayne Baker (the founder) was working alone, CSSG was called WB Consulting. Within the past year we have changed the name to Christian School Services Group. We are a growing consortium of consultants who have agreed to join together to help Christian schools thrive. Our name speaks of our mission – to serve Christian schools. Our purpose is
to make a difference in the lives of today’s children and youth, by helping them have schools that are strong, stable, and dynamic - fully committed to Christ. Most of all Christian School Services Group is a ministry. All of our services are designed in such a way that we can honor the Savior and help you to do that too! Our consultants are devoted believers in Christ and experienced veteran educators, committed to using what we know to further the kingdom through our work with Christian schools.
